Five discovery questions
1. What must people be ready to do?Explain, decide, sell, support, comply, or perform?
2. What are you starting with?A launch, expert knowledge, or an existing training library?
3. Where does the current process slow down?Creation, expert access, practice, consistency, localization, updates, or measurement?
4. Who must approve the knowledge?Product, compliance, legal, medical, security, or content owners?
5. What evidence would make the pilot successful?Time saved, message accuracy, completion, practice scores, confidence, or readiness?

What will be measured in the pilot?
Seller guardrail: Demonstrate speed, but do not promise a universal build time. Review, compliance, complexity, and localization always matter.
Common objection: “We already use Coursera or LinkedIn Learning.”
Those platforms can support broad professional learning. ESource helps turn the customer’s own product, process, expert knowledge, and existing training into interactive learning people can practice and apply.
Common objection: “Are you replacing our LMS?”
The first use is to add a faster content-creation, AI-teaching, and practice layer. It can work with the existing learning environment and integrate where needed.
Common objection: “Why not just make another video?”
Video can explain. ESource adds questions, guided practice, role play, feedback, and reporting so the learner has a chance to use the knowledge.
